Last Wednesday, I walked to the fast beat of music from the 1980s and 1990s. One might think your dancing actually, because the walking was so upbeat! This walk was slightly more difficult to navigate than the one I posted last Tuesday. But it was fun. And I'll do both of these over and over for a while. Just because they are fun and I want to learn these moves. And they give a good workout even if you aren't doing the moves totally correctly at first. 💪 As always, be sure your doctor has cleared you for these types of exercises.
I hope you all enjoy this walk workout with Gina. She's continuously reminding us to smile throughout the 26-minute workout. I did! Can you? I'll be back with a different Health Talk theme in a week or 2. Until then, happy walking or dancing.
